We take every precaution to care for your belongings during the journey. However, Himalayan Planet Adventure does not assume responsibility for loss or damage to luggage, property, or personal items while in the possession of porters, pack animals, or vehicles. We recommend using small locks on your packs and luggage for added safety.

Flight Delay/Cancellation:

We strongly recommend scheduling extra days between the end of your trip and your international departure. Himalayan Planet Adventure is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters (floods, landslides), road blockages, protests, or other emergencies. In case of flight cancellation, food and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the client.
